Shipping & Delivery Policy
All orders will be shipped between 1-2 business days after being placed. All large ticket items included kitesurfing, windsurfing, paddle, surf, e-bike and bike orders may require an additional 1-2 days of processing before shipment to ensure the safety of your products.
All orders will receive a tracking number sent to the email provided at checkout. Please note that international orders may take an additional 5-7 business days to ship, depending on the item.Â
- Sealand Sports is not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend that all customers monitor their tracking number so they can guarantee the safe pickup of their orders.
- Sealand Sports is not responsible for incorrect addresses or mis-shipments from postal couriers. Please provide the most accurate address possible during checkout to ensure correct deliveries.Â
- We are committed to getting your equipment to you both safely and as quickly as possible. Free Shipping If your order is $250 or over you will receive free shipping within the contiguous United States. Free shipping is available on most products, such as kites, foils, wings, harnesses, PFDs, impact vests, and accessories.
The following products are excluded from our free shipping offer: Kiteboards, Foilboards, E-bikes and other oversized or freight items The shipping rates for oversized items will vary according to the size, weight, destination, and the carrier's requirements. Standard Shipping The amount of the order that is under $250 is charged shipping according to the shipping method, the destination, the size of the package, and its weight.Â
The prices and available methods of shipping will show to you before you finish your purchase. Kiteboards & Foilboards Kiteboards and foilboards are not eligible for free shipping because of their size and the extra handling that oversized packages require. The cost of shipping boards is determined by the dimensions of the packaged item, its weight, the destination, and the carrier rates.
In the case of orders which include more than one board or involve exceptionally large shipments, we might get in touch with you before shipping to confirm the cost of shipping. E-Bikes Since e-bikes are large, heavy, and have special shipping requirements, they are not entitled to free shipping. The cost of shipping e-bikes is worked out individually according to the destination, the size of the package, its weight, and the method of shipping. Further freight or handling charges could be imposed according to the delivery location. International Shipping We provide selected products for international delivery.
 The cost of international shipping is determined by the destination, the size of the package, its weight, and the carrier used. A custom shipping quote may be needed for international orders which include kiteboards, foilboards, e-bikes, or other oversized items. People have to pay any customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges which are imposed by their own country. Shipping Times Generally, orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
 The time it takes to deliver depends on the method of shipping and the destination; the delivery dates given at checkout are supplied by the carrier and are not guaranteed. When your order is shipped you'll get the tracking information as soon as it becomes available. Damaged Shipments When you receive the package, please check it. Should your shipment be found to be damaged, please take photographs of both the packaging and the product before opening or getting rid of the packaging and then get in touch with us as soon as possible. In order to make a claim for carrier damage, it may be necessary to retain the original packaging for oversized items and for board shipments.
Shipping Address Before you finalize your order, please check that your shipping address is correct since we cannot be held responsible for any delays or extra shipping charges that result from an incorrect or incomplete address. Should you wish to alter the shipping address after having placed an order, you should get in touch with us as soon as you can. We cannot make any guarantee that the address will be changed once an order has been processed or shipped.
- Shipping charges are calculated based on the information available at the time of checkout. In some cases, the shipping carrier may apply additional fees after an order has shipped, including adjustments for package weight, dimensions, delivery address, or other shipping-related discrepancies.
- If an additional shipping charge is applied to us by the carrier as a result of an adjustment to the original shipping label, we reserve the right to request reimbursement from the customer for the applicable additional shipping cost, where permitted by law.
- If an additional payment is required, we will notify the customer of the reason and amount of the charge and provide instructions for payment. Any additional charges will be limited to the applicable shipping adjustment and will not include undisclosed fees unrelated to the shipment.
- By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that additional shipping charges may occasionally arise when the carrier adjusts the original shipping cost.
