Refund/Return Policy

Equipment Rentals / Lessons  - Refund

It takes a good deal of time and effort to coordinate our rentals/lessons and reserve our equipment for our customer so we do not give refunds for any cancellations for our rental equipment or lessons.

We will however issue store credit or re-schedule to a later date free of charge.

Product Returns
     You have 30 days to return an item from the date that you purchase it.
To be eligible for a return here at Sealand Adventure Sports, the product that you purchased must be unused, still in its original packaging (with all tags), and in the same condition as when you purchased it. We require the original receipt or proof of purchase to be eligible for a return.
     If we approve your refund, you will receive it to the original method of payment. Depending on your card issuer’s policies, you will receive the refund in 2-3 days.

Used Product Returns

All sales are final on used products. No returns or refunds

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying the costs of shipping your item back to us. The costs of shipping are non-refundable and non-negotiable. If you are issued a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from it.
