Exchange & Refund Policy
Online
Sealand Sports does offer refunds or exchanges for online purchases. Items purchased are eligible to be returned within 14 days from the time of purchase. All returned items must have an original receipt.
Sealand Sports does offer a full refund or product exchanges for orders that have an incorrect item, manufacturer's defect, shipping damage or any other related incident.
Customers are responsible for sending back their product back to our shop at 2120 Middle Street, Sullivan's Island, SC, 29482
Please document any notices of damages or defects with your product. Please email all images to shop@sealandsports.com and provide your order # as well.
In Store
Sealand Sports offers product refunds and exchanges for in store purchases only. In order for your product to be eligible for a refund or exchange, it must be in it's original packaging or still have the original tag attached. The product must also be free of damages or usage.
Items purchased are eligible to be returned within 14 days from the time of purchase. All returned items must have an original receipt.
Please note that the returned funds will be given back by the same form of payment that they were received.
All exchanges and refunds are deemed final at the time of the transaction. Please note that Sealand Sports reserves the right to deem whether a product is damaged, or in an unreturnable state.
Discounted Kite/Wing Gear
All discounted, demo and discontinued kitesurf, wingsurf, and foil products are deemed a final sale. We do not accept returns on discounted gear listed above.
F-One & Manera Orders
Orders from F-One and Manera are sometimes shipped from the distribution center of F-One directly to help properly source available stock. We do not offer outright refunds for products that are shipped from F-One and Manera's distribution center, product defects exceptional. We do offer product exchanges and store credit to help you get the right gear.
