Sullivan's Island Rentals FAQ's

We hope to make your Sullivan's Island experience as accommodating as possible. Please check out some of the more common questions we receive, and don't hesitate to reach out to shop@sealandsports.com if you don't see your question listed here!

"Do you deliver to the beach?"

While Sullivan's Island does prohibit beach delivery and setup for beach rental equipment, we do offer residential deliveries! All we ask is a 48 hours notice and a minimum order value of $100. 

"What if I want to Cancel my Rental?"

While we do want to be as considerate as possible, we do ask our customers to give us at least a 48 hours heads up for any cancellation that might have to be made. This allows us to free up equipment for other people who may want to book on that day. If you are facing unforeseen circumstances, please reach out with your situation to shop@sealandsports.com and we will do all we can to help. 

"What's the Beat Place to go for the Beach? Surfing?"

Our favorite place to sprawl out and soak up the sun is anywhere from station 18-22 (conveniently right in front of our store)! These beaches have beautiful sand, lighthouse views, and steady calm waves. The best surfing waves you'll find are in front of The Washout on Isle of Palms and makes for a great beach, bar and surf day. 

"How old do you have to be to rent equipment?"

Beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach bikes can be rented by any age! Our E-bikes, paddleboards and surfboards require a parental signature for any rider under the age of 16. Finally our LSV's have an age limit of 21 and require proof of drivers license and insurance. 

"Can you drop-off and pick-up after hours?"

Unfortunately, we do not offer pick up of rental equipment before or after hours. Please refer to the footer of our website to review our current hours of operation. We do however offer after hour drop offs on select rental products. Please ask one of our associates and they will happily fill you in on the process.
