Refund & Exchange Policy
Sealand Sports offers product exchanges for in store purchases only. All returned items must be free of damages and have the original product tag still intact.
Please note that all online sales are deemed final unless Sealand Sports has sent you the wrong item. In the event that a different item than your order was sent to you, we will pay for a return label and send you the originally ordered item free of charge.
Please provide your receipt at the time of your exchange. Please note that a valid receipt is required to show proof of purchase of the item.
If you have met the criteria to return a product, Sealand Sports will refund the full value of the purchased product.
In order for your product to be eligible for a refund, it must be in it's original packaging or still have the original tag attached. The product must also be free of damages or usage.
Please note that the returned funds will be given back by the same form of payment that they were received.
All returns and refunds are deemed final at the time of the transaction. Please note that Sealand Sports reserves the right to deem whether a product is damaged, or in an unreturnable state.
