Exchange & Refund Policy

Sealand Sports does not offer refunds or exchanges for online purchases. All online sales are deemed final at the completion of payment. 

Sealand Sports does offer a full refund or product exchanges for orders that have incorrect item, manufacturer's defect, shipping damage or any other related incident.

Please document any notices of damages or defects with your product. Please email all images to shop@sealandsports.com and provide your order # as well. 

In Store

Sealand Sports offers product refunds and exchanges for in store purchases only. In order for your product to be eligible for a refund or exchange, it must be in it's original packaging or still have the original tag attached. The product must also be free of damages or usage.

Items purchased are eligible to be returned within 14 days from the time of purchase. All returned items must have an original receipt. 

Please note that the returned funds will be given back by the same form of payment that they were received. 

All exchanges and refunds are deemed final at the time of the transaction. Please note that Sealand Sports reserves the right to deem whether a product is damaged, or in an unreturnable state.
